Job summary

MCR is seeking a diligent Night Auditor to join the Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix North team. You will manage overnight audit tasks, ensure security protocols, and support guest services to maintain high satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have hospitality experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work a varied schedule including nights and weekends. The role supports smooth hotel operations and accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, service, consumer-facing environment preferred.
• Can-do attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to follow established guidelines and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight audit-related reports and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain overnight security protocols and safety measures for guests and staff.
• Receive and process incoming mail per daily shift checklist.
• Provide a welcoming, guest-focused experience and assist with hotel operations as needed.
• Assist with other duties to ensure smooth overnight operations.
