Responsabilidades

• Customer Service: Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Member Support: Answer questions about membership options, policies, and gym services.
• Administrative Tasks: Check-in members, process billing and renewals.
• Facility Presentation: Keep front desk and areas tidy and welcoming, including locker rooms and bathrooms.
• Promote Membership Sales: Inform about benefits and sign-ups for memberships and services.
• Team Collaboration: Work with staff to meet club goals and maintain a safe environment.
