LBA Hospitality is hiring for the upcoming Homewood Suites Winston Salem. The hotel opens in December with work starting in mid-November as we prepare to open. This on-site role focuses on delivering excellent guest service as Manager on Duty and overseeing front office operations.

Qualifikationen

• Excellent guest service ability and professional demeanor.
• Ability to respond to guest requests and escalations.
• Strong communication with management and staff.
• Experience operating PMS and handling cash.
• Flexibility with shifts, including overnights.

Aufgaben

• Greet and register guests, provide room assignments, maintain guest privacy, and accommodate special requests.
• Promote and sell services/amenities of the hotel.
• Promote repeat business by offering to take future reservations and providing recommendations.
• Be aware of potential sales leads and report to the appropriate person.
• Keep housekeeping and other departments informed of special requests and late check-outs.
• Learn and utilize PMS and ensure all cash, check, and other transactions balance at shift end.
• Assist with maintaining a clean and professional lobby and public areas.
