LBA Hospitality is seeking an Executive Housekeeper for the upcoming Homewood Suites Winston Salem. The role leads housekeeping and laundry operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, safety, and brand standards while managing associates, labor, and costs.

Based in Winston-Salem, you will supervise staff, coordinate with Maintenance, and uphold payroll, inventory, and training documentation. This on-site leadership position offers competitive wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of housekeeping experience in hotels, lodging, hospitals, housing, or care facilities.
• 1+ year supervising at least three associates.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, organization, communication, and guest-service skills.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn systems such as Quore and Hotel Effectiveness.
• Must meet company security clearance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, schedule, train, coach, and supervise housekeeping and laundry associates.
• Assist with interviewing, hiring, performance management, and associate development.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and grounds for cleanliness and brand standards.
• Manage labor and scheduling within established budgets.
• Maintain inventory, order supplies, process invoices, and ensure equipment is operational.
• Oversee room key controls, safety procedures, and guest privacy requirements.
• Conduct department meetings and ongoing brand and vendor training.
• Coordinate with Maintenance to ensure repairs are completed promptly.
• Maintain required payroll, inventory, training, and operational documentation.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and requests.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• This is an on-site position.
