Concord Hospitality Enterprises is opening a new Marriott hotel in New Jersey and seeks a Front Desk & Guest Care representative. The role pays $17–$18 per hour with overnight shifts at $18 and requires weekend availability to support the opening rollout.

You will greet guests, assist with concierge services, and ensure a warm check-in and checkout experience while coordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Microsoft Office suite.
• Experience with hospitality guest management systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable multitasking across tasks and teams.
• Dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
• Able to identify and resolve issues efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an excellent first impression for guests.
• Assist guests and provide concierge guidance.
• Make check-in and checkout warm and smooth.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales and operations.
• Assist with laundry processing.
• Follow safety and security procedures.
• Handle cash securely and accurately.
• Protect confidential information and perform key control duties.
• Conduct routine property and security walks.
