• Provide great customer service to residents, guests, employees and vendors.
• Maintain a written logbook and document incidents.

Responsibilities

• Provide great customer service to all residents, guest, employees and vendors.
• Answer telephones, check voicemails, take and receive messages for Employees.
• Ensure that all visitors sign in and sign out.
• Ensure that all visitors are approved by the resident they claim to be visiting before allowing entry.
• Attend to call-for-aid alerts and notify Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vestibule area.
• Assist residents with work order requests.
• Sort and distribute packages.
• Assist residents with lock outs.
• Monitor and document incidents via incident report forms.
• Monitor and respond to all fire and emergency systems.
• Control building access; ensure entrance doors are locked after hours.
• Other duties assigned by Management.
