Job summary

Goddard Riverside in Manhattan is seeking a Front Desk Worker to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and staff. You will help maintain building security, deliver excellent customer service, monitor activity, and ensure policies are followed to create a safe, welcoming environment.

Multiple positions available with night shift schedules (Tuesday–Friday or Wednesday–Sunday, 12:00am–8:00am). Salary ranges from $23.38 to $27.04 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications.

Purpose of Position

The Front Desk Worker serves as the first point of contact for residents, visitors, vendors, and staff. This position is responsible for maintaining building security, providing excellent customer service, monitoring building activity, and ensuring that all visitors and contractors follow building policies and procedures. The Front Desk Worker helps create a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Multiple positions, Tuesday -Friday; Wednesday-Sunday, 12:00am-8:00am

Hourly Range

$23.38-$27.04/hr

Candidates must have the required qualifications to be considered for the position. The salary offer will be based on the candidate’s number of years experience in the exact or comparable position and additional preferred qualifications will be taken into account.
