Navajo Nation Gaming Enterprise is seeking a vigilant Night Auditor to join the Front Office team in Flagstaff, AZ. The role involves auditing, balancing, and posting daily transactions, while ensuring guest accounts are accurate and up-to-date.

You will monitor promotional activity, assist with check-in/check-out when needed, and prepare nightly financial summaries for management. A strong attention to detail and professional communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED plus 1 year of hotel front desk experience.
• Must pass drug/alcohol screen and background check.
• Must be 18+ (Arizona) / 21+ (New Mexico) for gaming.
• Navajo preference.

Responsibilities

• Track revenues, occupancy, and front office operating statistics.
• Prepare a summary of cash, check and credit card vouchers.
• Verify daily postings and balances by Front Desk Agents.
• Monitor coupons, discounts, and promotional programs.
• May cover Front Desk Agent duties for check-in/check-out.
• Post room charges and taxes to guest accounts.
• Process guest charge vouchers and credit card vouchers.
• Post guest charge transactions not posted by Front Desk.
• Transfer charges and deposits to master accounts.
• Obtain bank before shift and balance.
• Summarize results of operations for management.
• Maintain professional communication with staff and a positive work environment.
• Contribute to a team effort and perform other duties as required.
