Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Night Auditor or similar role experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Windows, Office and property management systems desirable.
• Basic English reading, writing and arithmetic abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle night check-ins/outs, inquiries, bookings, and payments.
• Perform end-of-day audits, balance cash drawers and cards.
• Generate revenue and occupancy reports for management.
• Provide courteous guest service and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor security and enforce safety procedures overnight.
• Coordinate handovers with day shift staff.
• Use PMS to update guest data, reservations and billing.
• Report maintenance issues to appropriate teams.
• Assist with valet services and manage vehicle keys as needed.
• Maintain front desk processes aligned with QA standards.
• Follow all cash handling, key control, and confidentiality policies.
