Job summary

Shaner Hotels at Le Méridien Atlanta Perimeter is seeking a Night Auditor to balance daily revenue and expenses and to perform front desk duties during the audit shift. The role requires excellent guest service, clear communication, and the ability to meet guest expectations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

The ideal applicant has a high school diploma, at least one year of customer service experience (hotel experience preferred), and may be bilingual in English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Attend to guests during the audit shift and balance revenue/expenses.
