Responsibilities

• Audit and balance daily financial transactions.

• Complete nightly reports and required documentation.
• Perform front desk duties, including check-in/out and reservations.
• Respond to guest requests and provide hotel and local information.
• Maintain cash handling and security procedures.
• Keep the front desk clean and support setup needs.
• Communicate issues with housekeeping and maintenance.
