Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven experience as a Night Auditor or similar role.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Excellent math and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking and time management skills.
• Available to work overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Check in guests, answer phones, and take reservations.
• Respond to guest complaints and requests.
• Process invoices, post checks, and distribute employee checks.
• Reconcile accounts and balance cash drawer.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and financial records.
• Support forecasts and audits prep.
• Handle guest check-ins/check-outs and room assignments.
