Responsibilities

• Perform nightly bookkeeping and balancing of accounts.
• Greet guests, check in/out, and assign rooms.
• Coordinate with housekeeping or maintenance for guest issues.
• Issue room keys and guide guests to rooms.
• Make and confirm reservations and post charges.
• Record guest comments and escalate as needed.
• Compute guest bills and process payments.
• Answer inquiries about services and directions.
• Assist with tours, taxis, or restaurant reservations.
