Job summary

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle check-ins and check-outs and manage guest inquiries during the overnight shift.
• Maintain accuracy of daily financial records and postings in the PMS.
• Read logs, balance end-of-day figures, and secure the bank.
• Audit and balance various accounts and generate end-of-day reports.
