Job summary

Crestline Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Part-time Night Auditor to manage front desk operations during the midnight shift. You will handle check-ins/check-outs, answer calls, and perform nightly accounting while maintaining guest service standards.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
• One year previous experience in a similar position in a hotel
• Must be able to work the overnight shift 11pm -7am
• Basic computer skills required

Responsibilities

• Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Operate PMS and balance daily transactions.
• Record room statistics and audit room-related charges.
• Audit and balance cash drawers, and verify cash handling procedures.
• Print end-of-day reports and distribute accordingly.
• Assist housekeeping as needed during the night shift.
