Role Responsibilities

As an Overnight Front Desk Associate, you will:

• Greet members and guests, assist with questions and check-ins
• Promote the Judgement Free Zone by engaging with members and supporting their fitness journeys
• Resolve concerns or escalate to management as needed
• Answer phones and assist callers
• Handle membership functions: sign-ups, updates, cancellations, collections, transfers
• Conduct tours and assess prospective members’ needs
• Execute retail transactions and meet sales goals
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all equipment and amenities
• Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and clutter-free
• Perform safety checks and address maintenance issues promptly

Qualifications

• Preferred: 6-12 months customer service experience
• Must be 18 or older
• Willing to become CPR/AED Certified (training provided)
• Basic computer skills

Physical Demands

• Standing and moving throughout the club during shift
• Communicating in person and via phone
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Encountering chemicals during shift
• Frequent cleaning and sanitizing
• Moving, bending, twisting as needed
