Planet Fitness in Albuquerque, NM is hiring an Overnight Front Desk Associate to warmly greet members, answer calls, handle payments, and maintain a clean club during late hours.

You will support member needs, promote programs, and work as part of a friendly team. Minimum age 18, HS diploma, retail or fitness guest service experience preferred; 401K and benefits available for full-time team members.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older, HS diploma or equivalent.
• Six months face-to-face customer service in retail or 1 year fitness experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members confidently with greetings and farewells.
• Respond promptly to member needs; answer calls knowledgeably.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give receipts and change to customers.
