Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate in Albuquerque to Welcome and exit members, answer questions, and handle payments. You will deliver fast, accurate service in a busy retail environment while maintaining cleanliness and promoting promotions.

The role requires 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent, and customer service experience. Training hours vary; consistent overnight shifts are available, with weekends and holidays potentially included.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications: 18 years or older and a High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Six months of face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year fitness experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work a flexible rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet and farewell members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Respond promptly to member needs and provide gracious, efficient service.
• Answer phone calls promptly and accurately with information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Process payments, give change and receipts accurately.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.

Planet Fitness, a private equity backed fitness retailer, is seeking candidates for the role of an Overnight Front Desk Associate.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner with hellos and goodbyes.Anticipate member's needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all membersProvide gracious and efficient telephone service.
