Job summary

Planet Fitness is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome members, answer questions, handle payments, and promote benefits and promotions. The role requires maintaining club cleanliness, delivering fast, accurate service, and working a flexible overnight schedule as club needs dictate.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of in-person customer service experience (retail or fitness) and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong problem-solving.
• Team player with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Customer service experience preferred in fitness or retail.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist members at the front desk in a confident, friendly manner.
• Handle phone inquiries promptly and accurately.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and provide change when needed.
• Promote memberships and promotions to drive revenue.
• Keep the club clean and safe during shifts (up to 50% of time).
• Respond to member concerns and resolve issues promptly.
