Qualifications

• Language: ability to read, write, and speak clearly.
• Computer: basic MS Office, POS and property management software familiarity.
• Other: strong customer service orientation and reliable team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in, handling reservations and payments.
• Provide directions and information about hotel and local area.
• Assist guests with resort amenities and service requests.
• Answer phones and resolve routine guest issues with supervisor guidance.
• Maintain professional appearance and follow uniform and safety guidelines.
