Qualifications

• 1 year of luxury hotel experience.
• Hotel school or college degree a plus.
• Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent English communication; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Front Office duties, guiding guests through Aman New York journey.
• Check-in and check-out hotel guests and club members.
• Manage guest movement chats, arrivals, and departures.
• Maintain high-quality guest history database.
• Respond promptly to guest and team inquiries with courtesy and follow-up.
• Stay informed on New York City activities, directions, and transport options.
• Maintain clean, organized surroundings and safety standards.
• Attend pre-shift and departmental meetings to stay updated.
• Perform other duties as required by Front Office Management.
