Job summary

Aman New York is seeking a seasoned Concierge to assist guests with a wide range of services and act as a liaison between guests and hotel departments. The hourly rate is $38.95 and this is a full-time on-site role in Manhattan.

You will arrange restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, transportation, and personalized recommendations while maintaining guest profiles and ensuring timely documentation. English proficiency and at least two years in luxury hospitality are required.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience as hotel concierge in luxury settings.
• Member of NYC Association of Hotel Concierges (required).
• Les Clefs d’Or USA membership is preferred.

Role

The Concierge will assist guests with a wide scope of services and will also act as a liaison between the guest and other departments within the hotel. This position has an hourly compensation rate of $38.95 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with requests including restaurant reservations, theatre tickets, and limousine arrangements.
• Provide accurate directions and local recommendations.
• Respond to guest inquiries via desk, phone, text or email.
• Ensure timely and professional handling of guest confirmations, packages, flowers and mail.
• Maintain an accurate and high‑quality database of guest profiles and preferences.
• Ensure all guest interactions are properly documented to support personalized service.
• Provide quality and genuine service by responding to guests and team members promptly, efficiently and courteously.
• Follow up and follow through to ensure genuine care to guests and team members.
• Act as a liaison between departments to support an ideal Aman New York journey to guests.

Requirements

• At least two years of experience as a hotel concierge at a related luxury hotel.
• Member of the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges.
• Member of Les Clefs d’Or USA (preferred).
• Must be able to read and write in English to facilitate communication.
• Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants and transportation options.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive approach to guest service.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods during daily operations.
