Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Jackson Hole is seeking an Overnight Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences during night shifts. You will answer calls, manage reservations, and coordinate with housekeeping to ensure a smooth arrival and departure process.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, professional presentation, and the ability to lift up to 40lb. Legal US work authorization and English fluency are required, with a second language encouraged.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, overnight and holidays.
• Excellent personal presentation and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40lb and remain professional under pressure.
• Must have legal work authorization in the United States.
• Fluent in English; a second language is encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform nightly audits, reconcile accounts, and prepare daily financial reports.
• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage booking systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable front desk area.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for guest needs or emergencies.
• Respond to emergencies or unusual situations, following company protocols.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping of guest information and transactions.
• Provide basic concierge services such as directions, recommendations, or transportation arrangements.
• The Overnight Front Desk Agent assists guests with all aspects of their arrival and departure experience.
• Assist the Overnight Front Office Manager with administrative duties to set up the next shift for success.
• Ensures tidiness of Resort common spaces.
• Mks deliveries to and from guest rooms, transports guests, and hotel packages and parcels.
• Focus on providing guests with opportunities to upgrade their initial booking.
