Job summary

Sandpiper Hospitality is seeking a Night Auditor for the Conyers, GA overnight shift at ECHO Suites Conyers. The role blends guest service with precise accounting, acting as the primary on-site contact during the night and balancing the day’s accounts.

You will handle late check-ins, greet guests, manage reservations, ensure front desk operations, and maintain security while supporting revenue objectives and adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Guest service orientation and strong guest relations.
• Basic accounting and balancing daily notes.
• Front desk duties including monitoring reservations and check-ins.

Responsibilities

• Balance accounts from the day shift and perform nightly close.
• Overnight guest service including late check-ins and handling requests.
• Coordinate front desk operations (check-ins, move-outs, renewals, reservations).
• Ensure building safety and security and contact emergency services if needed.
• Document work activity and adhere to company policies.
