Job summary

TPI Hospitality in Minnesota is hiring an Overnight Front Desk for a full-time 32-hour schedule, with 11pm–7am shifts and Monday–Sunday flexibility. You will greet guests, handle requests, maintain reservations records, and monitor safety.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and nights.
• Willingness to work night shifts (11pm–7am) and handle guest requests.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, energetic, and positive interactions with guests.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and courteously.
• Maintain accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments.
• Monitor the property for safety and security and report concerns as needed.
• Complete daily audit tasks and reports.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
