Job summary

TPI Hospitality is seeking a friendly guest services associate to join our Minnesota hotels and restaurants. You will provide friendly, energetic interactions with guests, answer calls, manage emails, and offer information about facilities, local attractions, and services.

Responsibilities include handling requests, inquiries, and complaints promptly, maintaining accurate records of reservations, arrivals, departures, and payments, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Job description

• Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 3-11pm
• 3pm start time is preferred but we are flexible for a 5pm or 6pm start time if desired

Pay: $18-20
