Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in East Rutherford, NJ is seeking a forklift operator to keep stock moving and assist Members. You will load and unload deliveries, operate a forklift, and help keep the club neat and organized. Weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities to grow are offered as part of our team-first culture.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Forklift operation experience preferred, but not required.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift in a safe and efficient manner; inspect prior to use and follow safety standards.
• Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks; inspect and prepare deliveries for unloading.
• Transport pallets and merchandise throughout the club; use pallet jack as needed.
• Stock, rotate, and store general merchandise; ensure shelves are stocked and tidy.
• Greet Members and provide prompt, courteous assistance; help locate merchandise.
