Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club in Watchung, NJ is hiring a forklift operator to move merchandise, load and unload trucks, and stock pallets. You’ll follow safety procedures and help maintain a clean, organized club.

This role offers weekly pay, eligible benefits, and company-sponsored savings plans; must be at least 18 and able to complete training. Previous forklift experience is preferred and teamwork is essential to support Members and fellow Team Members.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.
• Prior forklift operating experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloads merchandise and materials from delivery trucks.
• Inspects forklifts before use and adheres to safety standards.
• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and food merchandise.
• Greets Members and provides prompt, courteous service and assistance.
