Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Newark, DE is hiring a forklift operator to support receiving, stocking, and merchandising activities. You will operate a forklift, load/unload trucks, inspect deliveries, and help maintain a safe, organized club environment. You’ll greet Members and provide courteous service while following safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Prior forklift operating experience is preferred.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload merchandise from delivery trucks and stock the club floor.
• Inspect and prepare delivery trucks and pallets for unloading; receive merchandise.
• Transport merchandise and pallets throughout the club; use pallet jack as needed.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized club; assist in openings/closings and help members.
