Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a forklift operator to support stocking and merchandise handling at our on-site club. You will operate forklifts, assist with loading/unloading, and help maintain a clean, organized club environment.

The role requires you to be at least 18 years old, complete required training and certification, and work in a fast-paced retail setting with a focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• Prior forklift operating experience preferred, but not required.
• Must successfully complete required training and certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Operates a forklift in a safe and efficient manner.
• Loads and unloads merchandise and materials to and from delivery trucks.
• Lifts, reserves and drops pallets of merchandise.
• Transports merchandise and pallets throughout the club.
• Stocks, rotates, and stores general merchandise and food merchandise.
• Ensures the club is neat, clean, and organized.
• Participates in daily club openings and closings.
• Greets Members and provides prompt service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
