Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an Overnight Team Member to provide production support, merchandising, stocking, display, and counter service. You will help prepare product, ensure quality, and uphold health and safety standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

No prior retail experience is required; candidates must be able to lift 50 pounds, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, and work collaboratively with teammates while delivering excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of department product, display, storage, and stocking standards.
• Understand spoilage and waste and its impact on department profits.
• Demonstrates a passion for cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Prepares products for display and sale per department standards.
• Label, date, rotate, and prepare product for display.
• Maintain cleanliness of merchandising areas, walk-ins, and prep areas.
• Provide excellent customer service, answer phones, and assist customers and vendors.
• Follow procedures for safety, Weights and Measures, and sanitation.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties and ensure pricing accuracy.
• Report safety hazards and incidents promptly.
