Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking an adaptable Team Member to support overnight receiving, product prep, and floor maintenance. You will stock, rotate, and merch products while ensuring quality and cleanliness across back stock and sales floors.

Provide courteous service and assist customers and team members with a friendly, efficient approach. This role requires lifting up to 50 pounds, standing long hours, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• No retail experience required.

Responsibilities

• Check product quality against standards.
• Accurately sort and scan waste.
• Maintain production standards.
• Stock and clean shelves, bins, and prep areas.
• Maintain back stock in good order.
• Process invoices for deliveries outside receiving hours.
• Check-in product and report miss-picks.
• Receive product from receiving location to floor or back stock.
• Assist in overnight deliveries and sorting for other teams.
• Arrive prepared to work and participate in trainings.
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell when appropriate.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, and merchandising.
• Follow health, sanitation, safety, and weight/measure procedures.
• Keep a clean, safe, and sanitary environment; maintain equipment as required.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; verify pricing and signage.
• Report safety hazards immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
