Job summary

Integr8staff, LLC is seeking a Transportation Clerk in Wilmington, CA for a fully on-site, overnight (3rd shift) role. The position is contract to hire, with pay around $23 per hour.

Work hours are 9 PM to 6 AM, Monday through Friday, and it supports fleet operations and basic dispatch tasks overnight. The Transportation Clerk will maintain yard and fleet records, assist with driver check-ins, update systems, and provide clear handoffs to the 4:00 AM Fleet Clerk and the daytime team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Able to work overnight 9:30 PM–6:00 AM, weekends/holidays as scheduled.
• Basic computer skills and data entry.
• Local candidates only; no relocation or visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Direct and park returning trucks; ensure driver paperwork is accounted for.
• Log and secure equipment keys; distribute keys to overnight/early-morning drivers.
• Maintain an organized log of truck parking and yard locations.
• Verify DOT paperwork and tablets are collected at end of shift.
• Stage trucks and tablets for the 4:00 AM start to ensure on-time dispatch.
• Update dispatch information in PortPro and PP V2 Driver App.
• Record driver moves, container, and chassis details; open work orders as needed.
• Provide end-of-shift recap and handoff to the next shift.
