Scion Staffing, on behalf of our partner, seeks a Dispatcher in Garden Grove, CA to coordinate overnight delivery operations and support drivers with necessary route information and live updates.

This full-time, temp-to-hire role runs the night shift from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, offering a stable schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities to impact daily transportation and delivery services.

Qualifications

• Dispatch/logistics coordination experience in transportation or delivery ops.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to support drivers and internal teams.
• Ability to work overnight and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily delivery routes and provide drivers with locations and route instructions.
• Maintain communication with drivers via dispatch platforms, GPS, cameras, and routing tools.
• Respond to delays, route changes, and equipment concerns while informing relevant teams.
• Monitor hours of service and safety documentation; document incidents per procedures.
• Collaborate with Sales, Maintenance, Billing, and other teams to meet customer needs.
• Maintain shift notes and support dispatch systems and tools.
