You will coach staff, manage post coverage, conduct field inspections, and coordinate with leadership on performance management and client satisfaction. This full-time role requires a valid license and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience.
• Clean driving history: no major violations in 36 months; ≤1 accident/violation in 24 months.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Operational Oversight: ensure posts are staffed and coverage secured.
• Field Inspections: weekly checks for compliance with TRIDENT standards.
• Personnel Support: field training and welfare checks for Security Specialists.
• Emergency Management: respond to emergencies and provide basic first aid if trained.
• Reporting and Documentation: maintain daily records and update post orders.
• Professional Communication: respond to urgent inquiries within 30 minutes.
• Customer Excellence: deter rule infractions while delivering professional service.
• Operational Flexibility: work for multiple clients across locations, including last-minute needs.
