Job summary

TRIDENT Security Solutions is seeking a Field Supervisor in Boulder, CO for a Thursday-Sunday night shift (10:00 PM-6:30 AM). The role oversees security teams, ensures staffing, conducts field inspections, and manages emergencies with professionalism.

Requirements include a valid Guard Card, driver’s license with mobile-patrol experience, and a clean driving record. The position offers full-time hours and comprehensive benefits, with competitive pay of $27.00-$28.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of licensed experience for mobile patrol and site inspection duties.
• Safe driving history: no major violations in 36 months; no more than one accident or minor moving violation in 24 months.
• Must possess/maintain a valid Guard Card/Security License.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Effective written and oral communication with diverse personnel and the public.
• Intermediate computer skills to operate wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all active posts and ensure full staffing during your shift; manage call-offs and coverage.
• Conduct weekly field inspections of active posts and Security Specialists for compliance with customer requirements and TRIDENT standards.
• Provide field training and welfare checks; address personnel questions or concerns.
• Respond to and report emergencies; provide basic first aid, CPR, or AED as certified.
• Maintain detailed records of daily activities and ensure post orders are up to date.
• Communicate effectively via computer or phone and respond to urgent inquiries within 30 minutes.
• Act as a visible deterrent to rule infractions and deliver professional customer service to clients and visitors.
• Remain flexible to work for multiple clients across locations, including last-minute requests.
