Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in a residential or similar setting.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes, assessments, and weekly meetings for assigned families.
• Maintain accurate records including progress notes and communication logs.
• Ensure resident and facility safety at all times.
• Engage families with respect and compassion.
• Transport residents and assist with chores.
