Job summary

Syner-G is seeking a Facilities Technician II to support building, utilities, and lab operations with a focus on GMP-compliant maintenance. The role involves coordination of external service providers, routine inspections, and quick problem-solving to keep plants and labs running smoothly.

The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years in facilities engineering or related roles, a high school diploma with technical certifications, and strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-department

Qualifications

• High school diploma with technical certifications or vocational training.
• 2–6 years of Project/Facilities Engineering experience or as GC/CM/Subcontractor.
• GMP cleanroom experience preferred.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills are required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and travel up to 100% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and oversee outside service providers for maintenance tasks.
• Support verification and maintenance of HVAC, electrical, and process diagrams.
• Ensure maintenance tasks are documented per SOPs and quality policies.
• Respond to alarms and emergencies following facility procedures.
• Coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and R&D to meet facility needs.
