Job summary

92nd Street Young Men's and Young Women's Hebrew Associatio is seeking an Overnight Manager to supervise overnight operations, including cleaning, mechanical and temporary staff, and coordinate construction and program projects.

You will train and evaluate staff, maintain attendance/records, ensure coverage, support building operations, and respond to emergencies with daily quality control inspections to meet standards.

Qualifications

• HD Diploma or equivalency required.
• 3+ years’ experience in a managerial or facility operations environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate a team.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse personnel.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling, and record-keeping skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Zoom; knowledge of custodial operations.

Responsibilities

• Train, schedule, supervise, and evaluate overnight staff.
• Maintain records for overnight staff including attendance, vacation, sick, personal time, and back-up call-in lists.
• Ensure adequate overnight staffing coverage and on-time completion of duties.
• Collaborate with other departments to support operations.
• Respond to building emergencies and take appropriate action.
• Conduct daily quality control inspections for cleanliness, safety, and standards.
• Complete daily inspection reports for leadership review.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
