Job summary

Lakeshore Sport & Fitness in Chicago is seeking an experienced Overnight Facilities Supervisor to lead an overnight operations team, ensuring the facility remains clean, safe, and fully operational for the next day.

You will supervise four team members, coordinate custodial and maintenance tasks, oversee pool system operations per health regulations, and communicate with daytime management to address ongoing projects and shift updates.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and supervising teams in facilities or operations.
• Ability to manage multiple recurring priorities across daily/weekly/monthly schedules.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Pool Operator Certification (CPO or equivalent).
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient with basic computer applications for scheduling and reporting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a four-person overnight facilities team.
• Plan and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly custodial and maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the facility is clean, safe, secure, and prepared for daily operations.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and respond to issues after hours.
• Maintain records of completed work, inspections, and inventory.
• Communicate with daytime management on projects and shift updates.
• Assist with event setup and pool system operations per health regulations.
