Job summary

Beam Living is seeking an Overnight Porter for Parker Towers in New York, NY. This non-exempt, hourly role requires work from 11pm to 8am on-site to maintain a safe, clean building and support residents with excellent service.

You will cover concierge duties, receive deliveries, and assist with operations as needed. The ideal candidate has 0–2 years in facilities maintenance, a positive attitude, and strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in facilities maintenance.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe and clean building and property.
• Perform upkeep and janitorial duties to keep the community in great condition.
• Perform snow removal during winter season.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and represent Beam Living.
• Cover Concierge lunch breaks and assist with deliveries and equipment storage.
• Support site and operations as assigned by the manager.
