Job summary

Saving Sight is hiring an Overnight Eye Donation Support Specialist for a hybrid role in Kansas City, MO. You will support donor families, coordinate donation steps, and work with hospitals, funeral homes, and medical examiners on a rotating night schedule (6:00 PM–6:00 AM).

The role offers 7 in-office days per month, overtime opportunities, and a strong benefits package as you help restore sight through eye donation.

Overnight Eye Donation Support Specialist (Hybrid)

Location: Kansas City, MO | Hybrid - 7 days in office per month

Pay: $23.82/hour + overtime opportunities + great benefits

Schedule: 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM | Rotating 3-4 shifts per week, includes every other weekend

At Saving Sight, you'll do more than answer calls and coordinate cases. You'll help honor donor wishes, support families during meaningful moments, and play a direct role in restoring sight through the gift of eye donation.

No two nights are the same. You'll play a critical role in coordinating the donation process by:

• Speaking with donor families and guiding them through important conversations with compassion and professionalism.
