Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test required; may include driving record checks.
• Be professional, articulate and able to exercise good independent judgment.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Ensure entry access, scan tickets, verify wristbands/badges, direct venue traffic.
• Follow venue policies and regulations for events and facilities.
• Greets guests warmly at entrances and thanks them after service.
• Provide guests with directions or suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Maintain a friendly tone and clear verbal communication with guests.
