Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry into venues, verifies tickets and wristbands, and guides guests.
• Understands venue policies and regulations for different events.
• Greets guests warmly at entrances and thanks them after interactions.
• Provides directions to enhance the guest entertainment experience.
• Maintains a friendly tone and clear, natural communication throughout the shift.
