Job summary

Allied Universal Event Services is hiring Event Staff to support live events. Earn extra income with flexible part-time shifts, including evenings and weekends, at sports stadiums, concerts, festivals, and conventions.

No experience required. Starting pay is $15/hour with weekly pay. You will welcome guests, collect tickets, usher guests, direct foot traffic, and uphold safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background check and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test; may require Driver’s Record check.
• Professional, articulate, and able to exercise good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry, scans tickets, verifies wristbands and badges, and guides guests in and out of the venue.
• Follows policies and regulations of various venues and events.
• Greets guests warmly on arrival and thanks them when leaving.
• Provides directions and suggestions to enhance guests' entertainment experience.
• Maintains a friendly, clear communication style with guests.
