Allied Universal is seeking individuals to join the Game Day Event Team in Indianapolis as part-time event staff and security personnel. No prior experience required; training provided; flexible scheduling and weekly pay.

You will assist in event day preparation, manage entry, direct attendees, and help ensure safety under venue policies. This role is ideal for students or those seeking extra income; must be 18+ with a high school diploma and may require a background check.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Manage entry into venues, check tickets, verify wristbands and badges.
• Understand and follow venue policies and regulations.
• Greet guests warmly and professionally at facility entrances.
• Provide directions and suggestions to enhance guests' experience.
• Maintain a friendly, clear communication style with guests.
