Animal Emergency & Specialty Center of Knoxville is seeking exceptional Emergency Veterinary Technicians for our ER team on a mid/swing shift. This full-time ER role offers high-acuity care, collaboration with ICU and specialty teams, and opportunities for credentialing and skill development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Emergency, ICU, or high-volume general practice.
• Strong nursing and technical skills for fast-paced ER.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Emergency triage, stabilization, and urgent interventions.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate treatment.
• Administer meds and support anesthesia and monitoring.
• Provide nursing care and monitor ER patients through treatment.
• Maintain detailed medical records and assist with transfers.
