Job summary

Animal Emergency & Specialty Center of Knoxville is seeking exceptional Emergency Veterinary Technicians to join our ER team on mid/swing shifts. This full-time role offers a high-acuity, collaborative environment with ICU and specialty teams within the Innovetive Petcare network.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in Emergency, ICU or high-volume GP.
• Licensed Veterinary Technician preferred (LVT/RVT/CVT).
• Strong nursing and technical skills for fast-paced ER settings.

Responsibilities

• Assist with emergency triage, stabilization, and urgent interventions.
• Perform rapid patient assessments and initiate treatment protocols.
• Support emergency procedures including CPR, oxygen therapy, and shock management.
• Administer medications via IV, IM, SQ, and oral routes.
• Monitor ER patients and provide high-quality nursing care in stress-filled environments.
