Licensed technicians (LVT/RVT/CVT/VTS) earn $25.00-$35.00 per hour plus shift differential; unlicensed experience earns $25.00-$27.00 per hour with the same differential.

Qualifications

• Emergency veterinary technician experience (ECC).
• Phlebotomy and anesthesia monitoring skills.
• Ability to lead and support teammates overnight.

Responsibilities

• Lead overnight hospital flow to ensure efficient, compassionate care.
• Support veterinarians by executing treatment plans.
• Delegate tasks to treatment and surgery technicians.
• Assist with emergency procedures, anesthesia, diagnostics, and surgery.
• Monitor anesthesia and provide advanced nursing care.
• Admit and discharge patients; educate clients on home care.
• Serve as a calm leadership presence overnight.
• Mentor technicians and support skill development.
• Partner with leadership on workflow improvements.
