Boston Medical Center (BMC) invites applications for a Clinical Pharmacist II to join the Emergency Department overnight team. You will provide direct patient care, optimize pharmacotherapy, and participate in quality improvement projects with a multidisciplinary group.

The position is full-time, 7 on/7 off overnight (9:00 PM–7:30 AM), with weekend/holiday coverage. Requires BS in Pharmacy and MA licensure; PGY1 with 1 year experience; potential for student precepting and residency teaching.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited college of pharmacy.
• Massachusetts licensure to practice by start date.
• PGY1 residency with at least 1 year relevant experience.
• PGY2 in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care, or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilités

• Direct patient care to optimize pharmacotherapy and ensure medication safety.
• Provide education and training to other health care providers and students.
• Operate as part of the Emergency Department overnight team (9 PM–7:30 AM) and participate in quality improvement projects.
